Net losses are calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000 — they receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. This is the maximum cashback payable at that tier. Cashback is credited directly to the account.
